I agree, Mr. President. I also think that if you want to be president of the United States you should learn to speak English correctly.

Los Angeles Times and Paramount Pictures arranged a promotional deal where LA Times newspaper boxes would play the Mission Impossible 3 theme each time someone purchased a paper. The machine attached to the newspaper box to play the theme was cylindrical with wires coming out of it - looking very similar to a pipe bomb! Concerned citizens who were unaware of the promotion called the police and the bomb squad who promptly exploded the first newspaper box before being informed of the promotion. Duh-duh-duh-duh Duh-duh-duh-duh...

At the White House, President Bush signed the "Respect for America's Fallen Heroes Act", passed by Congress largely in response to the activites of a Kansas church group that has staged protests at military funerals around the country, claiming the deaths symbolized God's anger at the United States for tolerating homosexuals.

The new law bars sick headcases from protesting within 300 feet of the entrance of a national cemetary and within 150 feet of a road into the cemetary. This restriction applies an hour before until an hour after a funeral. Those violating the act would face up to a $100,000 fine and up to a year in prison.

Monday's observance at Arlington National Cemetary was not a funeral, so demonstrators were free to speak their tiny, ignorant minds at the site. President Bush's motorcade passed several on the way in, including a small group that held signs reading, "Thank God for dead soldiers" and "God hates fags".

None of them better show up to any funeral that I'm attending.
